All orders are shipped via FEDEX. The day your order
ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your item
#'s and FEDEX tracking number so you can make
arrangements to sign for your order upon scheduled
arrival.

Please note, we strongly encourage someone to be
available at the time of delivery to prevent the
aquatic life from being exposed to the elements and
extreme temperatures.

Please Note: We cannot ship any aquarium life to
Hawaii, APO addresses, Post Office Boxes.

Because of the complex packaging procedures for
all aquatic life and our primary concern for the
health and well-being of all specimens we offer, we
cannot accept any returns of any aquatic life. Please
make your selections carefully.

Void if a DOA not reported within 1 hour of arrival.
Photo is also required as proof. We also not
responsible for mistakes on the part of shipping
companies or delays.

WE only issue store credit for LOCAL / DOMESTIC DOA.

I combine shipping up to 13 items with the flat rate
$45 shipping fee.

Insulated box, heatpacks or coldpacks are free of
charge.
